Temptation is a reality for all but they all react different to it.  Some deny their temptation, which inevitably causes them to succomb to it.  Others despise temptation and thus feel guilty when it arrives.  The Bible answer gives us something different:

"My bretheren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations: Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience."

Joy in temptation is a difficult view to hold but it will make you better.  Resisting temptation with joy is a mark of a true overcomer, for what other man resists it with a smile?  Rejoice that you have a chance to overcome the world!  Rejoice that you have a chance to say "No" to yourself!  Rejoice that resisting temptation will create contentment and endurance!
