To the Reached or Unreached? (Galatians 2:7-9)

Gal. 2:7-9 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter; (For he that wrought effectually in Peterto the apostleship of the circumsion, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles;) And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given to me, they gave to me and Barnabus the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they to the circumcision.

In this passage we see that thirteen or so apostles are convinced that they are needed to evangelize only about 3 million Jews, and that the task of world evangelism (about 900 million Gentiles) was left to just two men, Paul and Barnabus. Paul wanted to be to the uncircumcised (Gentiles) what Peter was to the circumcised (Jews). I believe there is more focus and emphasis put on reaching the 5% in America than there is 95% outside of America that have no way of hearing God's Word. It ought to be our goal and desire to get the gospel to the multitudes who have not been saturated with the gospel.
