The Team Concept
Our desire is to see 20 families that will be committed to working together and using their gifts to bring glory to God. We believe that the Bible clearly teaches that teamwork is the most effective way to work in the ministry. As different people with different talents begin to work together, it is amazing to see what God can do.
Be Involved! There are so many ways that a person can be involved and it is our desire to help you know what your gifts are and find the most effective way for you to use those gifts. We need people who can be involved in church planting, people to teach English as a second language, people to work with the deaf, materials that need produced, and the different media opportunities are endless. There are many different levels of teamwork and we would like to encourage you to find a way that you can be involved in working together with us in reaching the world with the gospel. Our goal is not to reach Lima but rather the world, and in order to accomplish this goal we are going to need to team up with as many people as possible so that the world may know Christ. |
God has unified a group of individuals to reach Lima and the World with the gospel. The Lord has blessed the Operation Lima team with a diversity of gifts and talents that will be vital in reaching Lima with the gospel. Random Devotional
