Impact Men - The main thrust of our ministry will be to follow the apostle Paul's teaching in II Timothy 2:2. We want to train leaders of leaders who will impact other people, Lima, and the world. We will accomplish this by using the principle of life on life discipleship.
Impact Lima - It is our desire that in the next 15 years we will have 200 churches that will have the potential to evangelize 50,000 people every year. In order to accomplish this goal, we will need 20 families to come work with us as a team.
Impact The World - Operation Lima is not only concerned about Peru, but the whole world. Our vision is that by training leaders of leaders we will create men that will go to the entire world as we are commanded to do in Matthew 28.
