The last two weeks have been extremely exciting as my dad has been able to come and train the Peruvian men here on how to implement a plan so that you can accomplish your vision. The young men working here lit up when we started into the training and it has been rewarding to see them begin to implement these things into their life.

As we learded "how to" we figured it would be good to let them put into practice the things that they were learning. In August of this year we have a group of 27 people coming from Middletown, OH. This week the Peruvian men have put together what their vision is for this group that is coming and they have begun to formulate a stratigic plan so that they can see their vision come to pass.

After they understood how it worked it was very exciting to see them interacting, and sharing ideas with each other. I am sure if we can continue to learn this principle, that it will impact the ministry here in Lima greatly. There is so much to do over the next few months and we ask you to keep us in your prayers.
