“I cared not where or how I lived, or what hardships I went through, so that I could but gain souls to Christ.”

Report on Sunday
Monday, 12 May 2008

Well, Mothers Day is always a special time of the year and what a priviledge it is to be able to honor mothers for the tremendous work that they do. In the new church in San Borja we had 50 people come and out of the 50 we were able to honor 22 mothers. The Lord gave us a great service and we were able to talk with many visitors. Please pray this week as we begin to follow up with visitors that the Lord will allow us to be able to witness to them and give them a clear presentation of the gospel.

In the first church we started in Lince we also saw the Lord work in a great way. We had 45 people come and we were able to honor 15 mothers. Between the two churches the Lord allowed us to minister to 95 people yesterday. What a victory! It is encouraging when you see new faces because the people in the church are bringing others so that they can be impacted through the preaching of God's word.

Luis Benites is doing a good job in Lince. There are still some things he needs to continue to improve but he has grown drastically in the last 2 years. Little by little I am turning over more responsibility to him. Starting this month I do not attend the Wednesday evening service. I have started a Bible study with another family, and this has given me the opportunity to see how he responds without fully pulling out. I didn't have anything to do with planning the service for mothers day and the service went off without a hitch. Please continue to pray that the Lord will bless, and that we can continue to grow and see others saved for the glory of our Lord.

Update on the work
Saturday, 10 May 2008

Well this past week has been incredibly busy, but thankfully the Lord has blessed in a tremendous way. Last Sunday we had a good group of people at church and it is exciting to see the Lord working in the lives of others. What has been even more exciting than the church services are the Bible studies we are doing during the week. The Lord has helped us reach family members, of those in the church, that many thought would be unpossible to reach. It has been exciting to see couples that were seperated move back in with each other and begin to fix the problems of their marriage. Please continue to pray that God will continue to work and help the people grow as we are laying the foundation of this new work.

Report on Sunday!

I want to thank the Lord for what he did on Sunday. As most of you know we have now started a second church in another area of Lima. On Sunday morning in the new church the Lord worked in a great way. We had 37 in attendance and the Lord touched a teenage girls heart and she accepted Jesus Christ.

Hell....Do you really believe it exists?
Wednesday, 16 April 2008

This is an excerpt of an email to Ray Comfort from an atheist.

"You are really convinced that you've got all the answers. You've really got yourself tricked into believing that you're 100% right. Well, let me tell you just one thing. Do you consider yourself to be compassionate of other humans? If you're right, as you say you are, and you believe that, then how can you sleep at night? When you speak with me, you are speaking with someone who you believe is walking directly into eternal damnation, into an endless onslaught of horrendous pain which your 'loving' god created, yet you stand by and do nothing.
